This is the best Asian buffet I've ever had.
I like the pho best.
sushi and sashimi are fresh and delicious.
Waiters and waitresses are friendly as well. -

Food always temperature hot as should be. Everything has it's own distinct flavor (other places all taste is the same). Service is always top notch and place always clean. (Been there 7 times)
The options for seafood, pork, meat, chicken are fabulous. The soups are genuinely asian and tasty. There is a grill if you so choose.. as well as sushi. Give this place a try! -

The buffet has a good variety of fishes. I especially like the ribs. I don't think it's worth $14.72, including water. Not a bad choice when in a pinch and Want food quick.

This is my favorite Asian buffet in Lincoln as my whole family can find something they like and we all leave stuffed. I have the seafood options to choose from while 1 child goes for sushi and another for the Mongolian grill. The crab ragoon, spring rolls & potstickers are excellent!

This is a tough one. I appreciate a good buffet like any glutton, but the food and service here at Asian Buffet could use a lot of work. Most buffets, especially Chinese ones are less likely to make either a priority, but typically the food quantity, group friendly atmosphere, and affordable prices tend trump all. That seems to be the case here at the literal-termed Asian Buffet.
Sadly, a buffet is usually only as good as its food. I realize most buffets like this aren't gunning for high quality anything, but it was difficult to appreciate much of the hot food fare because so much of it was either too salty, too overcooked, or something was off. Much of this is standard Americanized Chinese fare, which works well I suppose for this neck of the woods, but would be subject to doomsday in any major Asian community. I would also venture for them to stop calling their noodle soup "pho" when it's clearly just a noodle soup with broth.
The sushi was definitely the least appealing of the bunch. There were a number of rolls out there, not so much on the nigiri side or handroll action, but they were all strange in design and funky to the core. A lot of imitation crab and such, but this is nothing new for places like this.
I think the only semi-saving grace on a food scale was the hibachi. Customize one's (semi-frozen) meats with noodles / rice, peppers, with a smattering of soy sauce. sesame oil, and veggies was surprisingly okay.
Every table has sriracha bottles and the plastic cups are the oversized ones that hold a ton of liquid. I can appreciate their setup and layout, but I've seen better execution on the food front in other similarly themed places. Fingers crossed they bump it up a notch.
